What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this site we collect:

• your name and phone number
• your email address, if you choose to give one
• your arrival and departure dates, the number of guests and the type of interest
• the message you write
• the time you gave permission for us to store these details

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a booking with you by phone. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.

Site traffic

We count page views with our own tool. It sets no cookies and stores no raw IP address. A visitor is counted with a daily changing code, so traffic figures are approximate and cannot identify you.

How long we keep it

• enquiries: up to 12 months
• detailed traffic records: 90 days, with daily totals kept after that

Who helps us process it

Cloudflare hosts this site and its images and provides the bot check on the enquiry form. Our email provider delivers the notification message to the guest house. These services process data on our instructions.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write tokosei94@gmail.com or call0593232754.
